Refund & Cancellation Policy

Leading Achievers, LLC

At Leading Achievers, LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality services and experiences to every client. We understand that schedules change, and unforeseen events may occur.  This policy outlines our standards for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.
 

1. Coaching & Mentoring Sessions

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity for others to book that time.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed Sessions / Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss a session without notice, the full session fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds: Coaching and mentoring services are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
     

2. Group Training, Workshops & Mastermind Courses

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your place in a course or workshop. All deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Leading Achievers.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to the event for a partial refund (minus deposit or administrative fees).

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made after the 5-day deadline.

  • Transfers: With prior approval, registration may be transferred to another participant or future session.
     

3. Speaking Engagements

  • Booking Fees: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date.  The balance is due as outlined in your agreement.
     

  • Cancellations by Client: If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, no additional fee is due beyond the deposit. If within 14 days, 50% of the total speaking fee will be invoiced.
     

  • Cancellations by Leading Achievers: If Latrisha Howard must cancel due to emergency or illness, all deposits will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
     

4. Digital Products & Materials
All digital downloads, PDF resources, and assessments are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
 

5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly at admin@leadingachievers.com. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
