I am looking for information on how to find a good "communications" class. Probably at the graduate level, to assist in personal and business oral communications. I've been aware for a long time that I need practice in articulation, slowing down my thoughts to have coherent conversations and input, and just knowing when to basically keep quiet or to at least not provide every detail which flows through my mind.
My location close to one of the community colleges continues to lead me there, however, had recently considered I may be better off trying Thunderbird School of Management.

I heard most of your show this am on 98.7 You are just what I need. When you said " you are what you speak" it hit a spark. I have been so worried about saying THE RIGHT thing that it comes out all wrong from what I really mean and feel. One of my #3 goals this week, was to contact you. Well here I am, Please comment. I need help being more "selfish" I do everything for work, husband, kids, that I'm left out and I'm unhappy. I am a positive person by nature and that positiveness is'nt making me Happy. Help Thanks Lynn
