Hi Arlene,
Interesting article in todays paper regarding the celebration of hundreds of new citizens who are sworn in on the 4th. Kudos to those who take the legal route to enjoy the pleasures and privileges of this county. Illegal immigration has to get them pretty pissed off.

Arlene - thanks for your July 4th wishes. I had so many things to do that I elected to spend the first half of the 4th of July on my own independence. I stayed quiet in my living room, petting the dogs, and thought about reinventing my brand. It was wonderful to sit still on a Friday morning and not feel the push to be 'busy and productive.' As it turned out, I was very productive, and am well on my way with my book and my branding. Sometimes we've got to declare independence for ourselves!
Hope your weekend was superb!

Ah, the 4th of July!
For me, it meant getting independence from a number of things in my life that have been holding me back from my own Million Dollar Life!
Most significant for me was a great conversation with a Canadian woman who is now my virtual assistant. I see independence from many tasks that are not my unique brilliance! Nice that it wasn't a holiday for her! I've had some discouraging experiences with assistants so this was a real plus for me!!
